A. Sales Without License: It shall be a class B misdemeanor, subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code, for any person to engage in the business of selling alcoholic beverages at retail without first having procured a license therefor from the town.
B. Sales After Revocation Of License: It shall be a class B misdemeanor, subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code, for any person to sell alcoholic beverages after the revocation of the license issued pursuant to this chapter. (Ord. 11-01, 6-21-2011, eff. 7-1-2011)
