3-4-10: LICENSE NOT TRANSFERABLE:
Licenses issued pursuant to this chapter shall not be transferable, and if revoked by the town council, the fee paid by the licensee to the town for the license shall be forfeited to the town. (Ord. 11-01, 6-21-2011, eff. 7-1-2011)
