3-2-21: PENALTIES:

Any person who violates any term or provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a class B misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) and/or a jail sentence of not to exceed six (6) months. (Ord. 08-05, 10-20-2008)
