A. The following are declared to be unlawful public acts:
1. Depositing any foul, offensive, unwholesome, nauseating, dangerous, or otherwise injurious substance upon any public sidewalk, street, alley, thoroughfare, or other public place, or upon any private property within the limits of Corinne City.
2. Permitting or performing ablutions in or near any public fountain, reflecting pool, cascade, or other ornamental water feature.
3. Defecating or urinating on a street, alley, sidewalk, or other public place.
4. Writing or drawing lewd, obscene, indecent, or otherwise offensive words or images on or around a public toilet.
5. Placing graffiti of any kind on any structure or surface without the express permission of the owner thereof.
6. Creating or permitting conditions that obstruct, interfere with, or render dangerous to passage any street, sidewalk, lake, stream, drainage, canal, basin, or public park without written permission from the town council.
7. Spitting or expectorating on the walls, floors, or furnishings of any public building or conveyance, or upon any sidewalk or street.
B. A violation of this section is punishable as a class C misdemeanor. (Ord. 22-01, 2-15-2022)
