2-1-3: CHARTER:
   A.   It is the charter of the culinary water committee to advise the town council and planning and zoning commission regarding the following:
      1.   Financial, technical and operational improvements for the town culinary water system.
      2.   Areas of future needs and development.
   B.   This is a volunteer organization, which is to provide long term oversight into the development of the town culinary water system. (Ord. 00-01, 2-1-2000)
