1-10-2: DEFINITIONS:
Except as provided below, words and phrases that are defined in the impact fee act shall have the same meanings in this chapter.
SERVICE AREA: That geographic area designated as study area on the draft future land use map on page 2 of the capital facilities plan, which is attached as exhibit A to the ordinance codified herein. (Ord. 09-01, 9-15-2009, eff. 12-15-2009)
