The minimum area of any single lot or parcel, or the density as related to homes per acre (whichever is used) of land in residential zones, shall be as indicated by the subzone used in conjunction with the R1, R2 or DZ designation. Subzones are designated by appending a number to the residential zone symbol. Such a number shall be the minimum lot area for the subzone stated in acreage. The following is a list of the current residential zones and densities, if subdivision master planned development (MPD) clustering is used, that is currently allowed:
