9-3-13: CONDOMINIUM CONVERSION:
Existing structures shall not be converted to condominium ownership without first receiving the review and recommendation of the planning commission, town attorney and plat approval from the town council. All required public improvements and landscaping shall be completed at the time of conversion or security provided to ensure completion as provided by ordinance. The structure must be brought into substantial compliance with the building code as a condition precedent to plat approval. (Ord., 1-18-2005)
