All departments, officials and public employees of the town who are vested with the duty or authority to issue permits or licenses, including business licenses, shall conform to the provisions of this title, and shall issue licenses and permits only in conformance with the provisions of this title. Licenses issued in violation of this title shall take no effect, and are null and void. (Ord., 1-18-2005)
