This chapter describes the general rules and regulations necessary to effectively administer the land management and development code of the town. Procedures for permitted use applicants are defined. Code and zoning amendments, as well as appeal procedures and nonconforming uses, are explained in detail. The infrastructure impact review process is also emphasized throughout the permitting procedure. Other important procedures and provisions are defined in this chapter as well. (Ord., 1-18-2005; amd.
