8-2-10: RECORDS MAINTAINED:

The water department shall keep reasonable records of cross connection hazards and the condition of backflow assemblies, including those records required by state and federal agencies. It shall provide the tags required by subsection 8-2-8G of this chapter upon request. (Ord. 00-06, 9-5-2000)
