It shall be unlawful for any person to make any connection with Corinne City water system except as provided in this chapter, or to wilfully damage or destroy any part of the Corinne City water system. Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter, or any of the rules and regulations adopted pursuant to the provisions of this chapter when no other penalty is prescribed, shall upon conviction thereof be punished by fine not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00) or by imprisonment not to exceed one month, or both such fine and imprisonment.
