8-1-8: NONLIABILITY OF TOWN:

Corinne City or any of its officers, agents, or employees shall not be liable for damages to any water user by reason of any stoppage or interruption of the water supply caused by scarcity of water, alterations, additions, or repairs of the water system, or from any other unavoidable cause.
