A. Authority:
1. When it is deemed necessary, the town council may at any time fix, by resolution, the time of day that the water for lawn sprinkling or irrigation purposes may be used, and may divide the town into districts for that purpose as in the judgment of the town council may be necessary. In time of water shortage, the town council may limit the use of water for other than domestic purposes.
2. Any person who violates this provision shall be guilty of an infraction, subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 11-02, 11-1-2011)
B. Use For Pressurized Irrigation:
1. The use of the culinary water system in the town for pressurized irrigation between the hours of ten o'clock (10:00) A.M. and six o'clock (6:00) P.M., is hereby prohibited.
2. Any person who violates this provision shall be guilty of an infraction, subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 06-01, 5-22-2006; amd. 2007 Code)
