A. Meter Required: No connection to the Corinne City culinary water system shall be made without a water meter installed by or under the direction of Corinne City in compliance with this chapter. All connections are to be authorized by the town council. Individuals will be offered the opportunity to purchase a water and meter connection on a "first come, first serve" basis, and only on the lines capable of providing the required flow. In the event that there are more requests for water connections than available water connections, a waiting list will be used and the following conditions will apply. Individuals purchasing a tap will be given ninety (90) days to pay in full. If not paid in full at the end of the ninety (90) day agreement, their rights will be revoked and passed to the next individual on a first come, first serve basis.
B. Size Of Connections: All connections shall be three- fourths inch (3/4") line for single dwellings and as specifically authorized by the Corinne City council for commercial, school, church or other use. (Ord. 11-02, 11-1-2011)
