All OHVs operated on the streets and roads of the town must be properly registered and display decals as required by Utah Code Annotated title 41, chapter 22. OHVs used for farming must have an "implement of husbandry sticker", as required by Utah Code Annotated section 41-22-5.5. The violation of this provision shall be punishable as a class C misdemeanor, and subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 07-03, 5-15-2007; amd. 2007 Code)
