5-2-2: UNLAWFUL CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL IN PUBLIC PLACES:
   A.   Definitions: The following definitions shall apply for purposes of this section:
    ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE: Any beverage defined by the Utah state code as an "alcoholic beverage".
   PUBLIC PLACES: Any real property owned or leased by Corinne City that is used for transacting public business, or regularly conducting governmental activities.
   B.   No Consumption Of Alcohol In Public Places: A person may not consume an alcoholic beverage in a public place including buildings, parks, and open space except as provided by Utah state code.
   C.   Violation: A violation of this section is punishable as a class C misdemeanor. (Ord. 08-08, 6-3-2008, eff. 7-14-2008)
