5-1-8: NONCONFORMING OWNERS:
An owner who is "nonconforming", will stay as such until such time that they come into compliance by reducing the number of dogs, due to death, selling or giving away of their current dogs, after such time they will be held to the terms of this chapter. (Ord. 11-04, 11-1-2011)
