4-3-2: STANDARD OF WEED CONTROL:
   A.   Conditions Constituting Nuisance: It is hereby declared that weeds constitute a nuisance when they:
      1.   Create a fire hazard, a source of contamination or pollution of the water, air or property, a danger to health, a breeding place or habitation for insects or rodents or other forms of life hazardous to humans, or are unsightly or deleterious to their surroundings.
   B.   Height Limitation: It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, corporation, partnership, association of persons, owner, agent, occupied or unoccupied, improved or unimproved, within the corporate limits of Corinne City to suffer or permit a significant area of grass, weeds or brush that is uncultivated or grow to a greater height than twelve inches (12") on any lot, tract, parcel or land within the corporate limits of Corinne City.
      1.   This shall not apply to those tracts engaged in the growing of agricultural crops and/or pasture.
   C.   Removal: The cut weeds shall be removed from the premises within twenty four (24) hours after cutting. (Ord. 14-02, 4-15-2014)
