4-2-3: GARBAGE COLLECTION CHARGES:
   A.   All residents within the municipality shall pay the town garbage service charges as adopted by rate resolution by the town council.
   B.   The garbage service charges imposed by this section shall be added to the charge made for water furnished through the town water system and shall be billed and collected in the same manner as water service charges are billed and collected. (Ord. 14-02, 4-15-2014)
