The initial license and annual renewal fees for a sexually oriented business license or a sexually oriented business employee license shall be set by the town council at an amount determined by the town council as sufficient to pay the cost of administering this chapter. In no event shall the fees exceed two hundred dollars ($200.00) for the initial fee of a business and one hundred dollars ($100.00) for annual renewal; and one hundred dollars ($100.00) for the initial employee license and fifty dollars ($50.00) for annual renewal.
