3-5-3: CLASSIFICATIONS OF BUSINESSES:
Sexually oriented businesses shall be classified as follows:
   A.   Adult arcades;
   B.   Adult bookstores, adult novelty stores, adult video stores;
   C.   Adult cabarets;
   D.   Adult motels;
   E.   Adult motion picture theaters;
   F.   Adult theaters; and
   G.   Seminude model studios. (Ord. 11-01, 6-21-2011, eff. 7-1-2011)
