The Council hereby adopts section 6-4 of chapter 6 of the Code of Ordinances, County of Kings, providing for disaster council officers, rules and meetings, which reads as follows:
Section 6-4. Disaster Council Officers, Rules and Meetings:
The member of the Board of Supervisors selected to serve on the Kings Area Disaster Council shall serve as chairperson, and the members shall elect a vice chairperson and such other officers as they deem necessary. They shall prescribe their own rules of procedure. The Disaster Council shall meet upon call of the chairperson or in his/her absence from the County or inability to call such a meeting, upon call of the vice chairperson or a majority of the membership.
