8-2-3: SEWER SERVICE CHARGE REVIEW BOARD:

B. Membership; Rules And Procedures: The Sewer Service Charge Review Board shall consist of the City Manager, Public Works Director and Finance Director. The rules and procedures of the Review Board shall be established by the Review Board and approved by the City Council.

C. Powers And Duties: The Sewer Service Charge Review Board shall have the authority to perform and shall perform all functions as designated by this Chapter. In general, the Sewer Service Charge Review Board shall revise or adjust fees and charges which are not fair and equitable, establish user charges and fees for users not designated in this Chapter, and establish other fees and charges as described in this Chapter.
