Every franchise hereafter granted by the city of Corcoran for the use of the city streets for any purpose, except as otherwise provided in the ordinance granting such franchise, shall be granted upon and be subject to the following rules, regulations, restrictions, terms and conditions, which are hereby deemed incorporated into each such ordinance, in addition to the rules, regulations, restrictions, terms and conditions set forth in the ordinance granting each such franchise.
