The outside storage of materials, equipment and vehicles shall not be permitted in any non-industrial district. In all cases, outside storage or materials, equipment and vehicles shall be completely screened from view of all streets and adjoining properties. All combustible materials shall be stored in such a way as to include, where necessary, access drives to permit free access of firefighting equipment.
