165.14 MULTIPLE DISTRICT PARCEL.
Where one parcel of property is divided into two (2) or more portions by reason of different zoning districts, each portion shall be used independently of the other in its respective zoning classification provided it meets the minimum lot size. For purposes of applying the regulations of this chapter, each portion shall be considered as if in separate and different ownership. Where a portion of the property is zoned a district and does not have sufficient land area to meet the minimum lot size of the district, it shall be made part of an adjoining district as determined by the Zoning Administrator. Alternatively, the entire parcel may be used as permitted by the regulations applicable to the most restrictive zoning district included on the parcel.
