165.12 ACCESSORY BUILDINGS AND/OR STRUCTURES.
Detached accessory buildings and/or structures are allowed in all zoning districts in side and rear yards.
1.   Side yard setbacks for all accessory buildings and/or structures shall be the same as required for the principal building side yard setbacks for the specific zoning district.
2.   Rear yard setbacks for all accessory buildings and/or structures shall be a minimum six feet (6) feet for all zoning districts.
3.   Detached accessory buildings and/or structures must be setback a minimum (10) feet from the building wall of the principle structure facing a road or a street.
4.   No detached accessory building and/or structure may be closer than three (5) feet to the principal building or structure.
5.   A detached accessory building and/or structure constructed with a vehicular entry door located in the wall facing an alley, shall be a distance of twenty (20) feet from the alley right-of-way line.
6.   An attached accessory building and/or structure shall conform to the setbacks for the principal building.
7.   No accessory building and/or structure shall be constructed upon a lot until the construction of the principal building has commenced.
8.   No accessory building and/or structure shall be used unless the principal building on the lot is also being used.
9.   No accessory building and/or structure shall be constructed in between the front of a primary structure and the public street right-of-way line.
10.   Accessory building and/or structures must be subordinate in dimension and area to the principle structure.
11.   Accessory buildings and/or structures must be located on the same lot as the principle structure.”
