Unless otherwise indicated on the official zoning map boundary lines of the districts follow lot lines, centerlines of streets, alleys and railroad right-of-ways, or such centerlines extended, centerlines of creeks or the corporate limit line as existing as the time of adoption of the official zoning map. Where uncertainty remains the Zoning Administrator shall interpret the district boundaries.
