Violations of the provisions of this chapter or failure to comply with any of the requirements (including violations of conditions and safeguards established in connection with grants of conditional uses or variances) shall constitute a simple misdemeanor. In addition, any person who violates this chapter or fails to comply with any of its requirements may be issued a Municipal Infraction Citation by the Building Official pursuant to Chapter 4 of this Code of Ordinances. Nothing herein contained prevents the City from taking such other lawful action as is necessary to prevent or remedy violation.
