1. The applicant’s engineer, architect or landscape architect shall inspect the grading and re-vegetation work and the applicant shall certify completion of all grading work and establishment of vegetation shown and specified on the plans.
2. Upon receipt of the applicant’s certification, the City Engineer will issue a certificate of completion, which will release the erosion control performance requirements.
