1. If an applicant is unable to complete the grading work prior to the time specified in the application, an extension of time may be granted by the City Engineer.
2. A request for extension of time must be submitted at least 7 calendar days in advance of the completion date defining the reasons for the extension.
3. The City Engineer may grant an extension in the event the circumstances warrant and present site conditions are not in violation of the soil erosion provisions of the permit.
4. Additional erosion control and other remedial action may be required by the City Engineer as conditions for granting an extension.
