1. City Review. Within 30 calendars days of the receipt of an application for grading permit, the City Engineer shall take action to approve, approve subject to conditions or disapprove the application.
2. Notification. If the application is approved, the City Engineer will complete the application; in the case of disapproval or approval subject to conditions, the City Engineer will advise the applicant of the required amendments and re-submittal requirements.
3. A certified copy of the approved application will be forwarded to the applicant and one copy will be retained on file at the City Building Department.
