In accordance with the requirements of the City's MS4 permit, the City shall inspect each Site at least once each calendar quarter, , to ensure compliance with this Chapter, the State General Permit No. 2 and the Construction Site Runoff Permit. Failure to comply with the terms of this Chapter, the State's General Permit No. 2 or the Construction Site Runoff Permit shall constitute a violation of this Chapter.
