Upon the completion of electrical work, the Electrical Inspector shall be so notified by oral or written notice, and shall inspect the work within twenty-four (24) hours, exclusive of Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, after receipt of notice or as soon thereafter as practicable. At regular intervals, the Electrical Inspector may visit all premises where work is being done, may inspect all electrical work done and may issue approval of the work found to be in conformity with the provisions of this chapter.
