In emergency situations, work may be initiated and completed without first obtaining approval; however, approval of the plans and specifications or of the work completed must be obtained within twenty-four (24) hours after the passage of the critical period. With this one exception, all emergency work shall be done in conformity with the provisions of this chapter, and shall be inspected by the Electrical Inspector for full compliance.
