Plans and specifications showing proposed work in the necessary detail shall be submitted before any work is commenced, unless waived by the Electrical Inspector. If such plans and specifications are refused after submittal, the electrician may submit revised plans and specifications without penalty for a second attempt for approval, and if in the course of the work, after approval, it is found necessary to make any change from the plans and specifications, amended plans and specifications shall be submitted, unless waived by the Electrical Inspector.
