151.03 SPRAYING.
The following specifications and standards of practice apply to the spraying of trees in the City:
1.   Suitable precautions shall be taken to protect and warn the public that spraying is being done.
2.   Dormant oil spray may not be applied when the temperature is below forty degrees (40º) Fahrenheit.
3.   Spray materials containing lime sulfur shall not be used near painted buildings.
4.   Spraying shall be done only for the control of specific diseases or insects with the proper materials in the necessary strength and applied at the proper time to obtain the desired control. Information pertaining to spraying may be obtained from the Forester.
