In all instances in these chapters concerning situations wherein persons fail to comply with a directive or notice of the Forester regarding violations on private property, whereby the Forester causes the required corrective procedure at the owner’s expense, collectible with taxes, such Forester may in lieu thereof proceed by standard ordinance violation and each day such violation exists may constitute a separate and distinct violation of this chapter.
