148.02 DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE.

CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF CORALVILLE, IOWA

1. The City Council will appoint two Council Members to serve as the Design Review Committee.

2. The Committee will review proposed projects for conformance with the Design Guidelines, for designated areas, as described in Section 148.06.

3. The Design Review Committee will be assisted by the City Building Official and other City staff as the Committee may require.

4. The Design Review Committee may retain a professional design consultant(s) to assist in interpreting the Design Guidelines and in reviewing the design aspects of proposed projects.
