The toilet and other sanitation facilities for males and females shall be either in separate buildings or shall be separated by a soundproof wall if in the same building. Such sanitation facilities shall be distinctly marked to denote the sex for which they are intended. Each mobile home park shall have a minimum of one rest room facility for each sex and shall include a minimum of one lavatory and one toilet.
