All mobile home spaces shall abut upon a driveway of not less than twenty-four (24) feet in width, which shall have unobstructed access to a public street, alley or highway. The sole vehicular access shall not be by an alley. All dead-end driveways shall include adequate vehicular turning space or cul-de-sacs. There shall be no vehicular parking on said driveways if less than twenty-nine (29) feet in width; however, vehicular parking may be allowed, on one side of said driveways only, if said driveways are twenty-nine (29) feet or more in width.
