Each mobile home space shall be provided with a paved or a pressure-treated (wolmanized) lumber patio as approved by the Building Official of at least one hundred twenty (120) square feet. The mobile home shall rest upon a minimum of four (4) two-foot by two-foot (2' x 2') concrete pads, which in turn shall be placed upon a base as approved by the City Engineer.
