Each mobile home park shall provide individual lot spaces which shall be clearly defined or delineated as follows:
1. Each lot space containing a mobile home of sixteen (16) feet in width or less shall have a minimum lot space area of five thousand five hundred (5,500) square feet, which, for the purposes of this chapter, shall be deemed a “standard” lot space. Such standard lot spaces shall have a width of not less than fifty-five (55) feet and a length of not less than one hundred (100) feet.
2. Each lot space containing a mobile home in excess of sixteen (16) feet in width shall have a minimum lot space area of six thousand (6,000) square feet which, for the purposes of this chapter, shall be deemed an “oversize” lot space. Such oversize lot spaces shall have a width of not less than sixty (60) feet and a length of not less than one hundred (100) feet.
3. In the event standard or oversize lot spaces are located abutting upon a curved driveway or a cul-de-sac driveway, lot width at the pad setback line shall be a minimum of forty (40) feet, and the side lot lines shall be radial and a minimum of one hundred (100) feet in length, and shall contain the same minimum area requirements as set out in subsections 1 and 2.
4. There shall not be more than seven (7) lot spaces per gross acre in any event or with any plan.
