If upon reinspection the appropriate authority determines that the alleged violations have not been corrected, the appropriate authority may issue a second notice of violation, which shall constitute an order, requiring that such violations shall be corrected by a date specific based upon the conditions of the premises and discretion of the Community Development Department.
