Speed limits on the controlled access facilities described in Section 142.02 are as follows:
1. On the property described in Section 142.02(1), 55 mph maximum and 40 mph minimum from Station 846+55 to ECL (west bank of the Iowa River); also from Station 791+63 NCL to Station 802+08.4. Speed limits on approaches and ramps are determined by the State Department of Transportation by analysis of traffic and roadway width.
2. On the property described in Section 142.02(2), 35 mph from Station 66+77.6 (west end of Clear Creek Bridge) to Station 94+24.0 (10th Avenue).
3. On the property described in Section 142.02(3), speed limits as posted.
