1. For violations of the Traffic Code which are designated by Section 805.8A of the Code of Iowa, to be scheduled violations, the scheduled fine for each of those violations shall be as specified in Section 805.8A of the Code of Iowa, as amended by the Iowa General Assembly.

2. For violations of the Traffic Code which are not designated by Section 805.8A of the Code of Iowa to be scheduled violations, the City hereby sets the following scheduled fines to be collected for each violation:
A. For violation of Section 62.01(24) $250.00
B. For violation of Section 62.01(24A) $250.00
C. For violation of Section 62.01(100) $250.00
D. For all other violations which are not scheduled violations pursuant to Section 805.8A of the Code of Iowa $100.00
These scheduled fines shall be in addition to the state mandated criminal surcharge and court costs to be collected for each violation.
