69.07 PROHIBITED PRACTICES IN PARKING LOTS.
It is unlawful and a violation of the provisions of this chapter for any driver or owner of a motor vehicle, in any parking lot owned by the City, to:
1.   Blocking Driveways or Aisles. Stop, stand, or park any motor vehicle on any parking lot so as to block or partially block a driveway or aisle.
2.   Markings. Park any vehicle across any line or marking or to park such vehicle in such a position that the same will not be located entirely within the designated parking area.
3.   Unlawful Deposits. Place or leave or deposit any object other than a motor vehicle upon any parking lot.
4.   Unlawful Equipment. Use, upon the parking structures of the City, any skateboards, scooters, bicycles, or other equipment powered by humans, except when the person in control of the equipment is using it for transportation to an adjacent building or for the purposes of parking in lawfully marked parking stalls.
