The following parking lots are hereby declared to be fee parking lots:
1. Marriott Hotel and Conference Center North Parking Ramp.
2. Marriott Hotel and Conference Center South Surface Lot.
3. Coralville Transit Intermodal Facility.

The City Administrator is hereby authorized to install such parking meters or other mechanical devices that will reasonably assure that each driver or owner of any motor vehicle parking on said lots has paid the fee for the privilege of parking in a designated fee parking lot. The fee to be charged shall be set by resolution of the City Council.
