State sales tax revenues and state hotel and motel tax revenues remitted by the Iowa Department of Revenue to the City pursuant to Section 15J.6 of the Code of Iowa shall be deposited into the reinvestment project fund and shall be used to fund projects within the Iowa River Landing Reinvestment District from which revenues are collected.
